Beginning his career in block management in the early 1980s, Gareth initially worked for a freeholder, gaining foundational experience in property management. In 1989, he joined Marsh & Parsons in Kensington, subsequently moving on to roles at Hanover Druce, Parkgate, and Jackson-Stops, where he managed a portfolio on behalf of Wandsworth Borough Council.
He later took on the role of managing a neighbourhood office for Hackney Borough Council, further broadening his expertise in local authority property services. Returning to block management, he joined HML, where he oversaw operations across multiple offices including Aldershot, Bristol, and Eastbourne.
Throughout his career, Gareth has remained dedicated to the field of property management, bringing decades of experience and leadership to both private and public sector roles.
Ellie Taylor serves as the Operations Manager at Resi Consultants, bringing a strong background in both hospitality and customer service. With over five years of experience in the hospitality and general customer service sector, Ellie developed a keen understanding of the customers needs, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Transitioning into property management, she spent the past two years working with private freeholders and landlords, where she honed her skills in managing residential portfolios, coordinating maintenance and compliance, and delivering high standards of service to clients and residents alike.
Ellie’s combined experience across two service-driven industries makes her a valuable asset to the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the continued growth and professionalism of Resi Consultants.
